Service and price
Stock Creator Field Notes. Standard monthly prices are JPY 980 for Japan and US$9.99 for the English/international offering. First-time paid members pay JPY 490 or US$4.99 per month for their first 3 months, then automatically pay the standard monthly price from month 4. Returning paid members pay the standard price. The final currency and amount will be shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Some articles are public; selected reports and guides require Field Notes Member access.

Payment and timing
Cards and other methods available through Stripe Checkout. Payment is due when you first subscribe and at each monthly renewal.
Service access
Access begins after payment and membership confirmation. Member-only articles are available only while Field Notes Member access is active.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through the billing management area of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access remains active until then.
Refunds
Payments are generally not refundable for a change of mind after access to this digital service begins. Duplicate charges, inability to provide the service, material technical problems, and refunds required by applicable law will be reviewed and handled appropriately.
